Hollymead House opened in 1988 is a prestigious purpose built Retirement Home, which is designed and furnished to the highest standards required by West Sussex Authorities.
Occupying a prominent position on the corner of Downview Road, the retirement home overlooks the northern aspect of the picturesque village of Felpham. Local Amenities are all within walking distance and they include the Church, Bank, Post office, Tea Rooms, Chemist, Shops and the popular George Inn, as well as easy access to the sea and adjoining town of Bognor Regis.
At Hollymead House, great care is taken to encourage residents to live as independently as they wish. We provide a warm and caring environment where owners and staff do their best to please, and ensure that you enjoy your time spent with us, whether it is for short term or permanent residence.

A choice of menu is provided, with all meals prepared and cooked on the premises, giving particular emphasis on fresh local produce. Special diets and requirements are also catered for.
For your convenience a spacious adjoining dining room is provided, large enough for relatives to join you for a meal if desired. If preferred room service is available for all meals. The sitting room is designed to be comfortable and relaxing, with a TV, DVD, radio or CD music if required.
There are also two south facing sun lounges, which have proved very popular, enabling you to observe the local activity beyond the attractive garden.
Family and friends are always welcome and encouraged to visit at any time they wish. An excellent level of comfort is provided, which incorporates the latest fire and smoke detection and prevention system throughout. Bedroom are attractively furnished consisting of en-suite WCs, vanity units, built in wardrobes, personal nurse call system, television, telephone connection, central heating and double glazing. Residents may completely or partly furnish their own rooms.
